Adaptation for Constitution and Bylaws

Article 1 - Name and Legal Form

The name of the Society is "Cyprus Society for Surgery of the Hand" hereinafter referred to as "the Society". The Society is a non-profit scientific association operating in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

Article 2 - Registered Office

The registered office of the Society is determined by decision of the Executive Committee.

Article 3 - Objectives

The objectives of the Society are:

To promote hand and upper limb surgery as a specialised scientific field
To ensure high standards of clinical practice and quality of care
